Our basic dispatching package includes:

Follow-Up Communication: We maintain regular contact with drivers and carrier owners to ensure smooth operations.

This comprehensive service is available at a rate of 7% of the total load value.

Video Pretrip Schedule Matiance

Optional Video Pretrip Service: Truck Boss Dispatch offers an optional Video Pretrip service, which includes a video consultation to inspect the truck, bringing vital Matiance recommendations to increase uptime and lower maintenance costs. This service is provided upon request and may incur an additional fee. The availability and cost of this service will be communicated to the Carrier as needed.

Invoicing & Load Factoring

Upon Load Delivery, we ensure that the carrier gets paid for the load that was delivered, by invoicing and factoring load to keep cashflow

Driver Mgnt

We take a step further to manage drivers to make sure they're aware of the loads they are picking up and delivering to ensure efficiency, We check e-logs to make sure drivers are in compliant, create digital Permit books, and manage fuel expenses

Saftey Audits

Navigating safety audits with state agencies and the FMCSA can be complex. We ensure thorough preparation to help you pass these audits successfully and provide on-site attendance to support you throughout the process.
